We are an independent Social Enterprise with Local Enterprise Agency status. Our aim is to build strong, sustainable communities in areas of regeneration. We do this by helping people to set up and develop their own businesses, providing affordable workspace, supporting people into employment, and providing support to existing businesses.
As a social enterprise, any surpluses we make from our trading activity are re-invested to help support our social aims.

One of Cre8te’s main aims is to help people into employment and self-employment. We have a long track record of successfully working with people who are unemployed, redundant or returning to work. Being economically active helps to improve people’s confidence, self-worth and prospects, whilst creating sustainable, thriving communities.
