Cre8te is run by a small team of dedicated staff. They are:
Sharron has been with the company for over 20 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of Cre8tes activities. Sharron’s qualifications include Facilities Management, Finance & Leadership. Sharron also chairs the Economic Development sub group.
Sharron has recently been appointed as the new Chief Executive of Cre8te and aims to continue to develop Cre8te’s property portfolio and to work with the team to secure continued funding for Cre8tes activities.
Jules manages and delivers Cre8te’s award winning Business Incubator Project, which uses Business Creation as a vehicle for the alleviation of poverty in some of our hard pressed communities. The project works closely with marginalised individuals and groups. Jules is also involved in Enterprise Development and Entrepreneurship within schools.
Lesley manages the highly acclaimed and award winning Digital Skills Academy for Cre8te. The project provides training to unemployed people, older people and women from ethnic minorities who are most marginalised by their lack of digital skills. She has worked for Cre8te for over 5 years and has extensive project management experience.
Clare has been with Cre8te since 2014 and currently manages the company finances. Clare is also the co-ordinator for Cre8te’s Digital Skills Academy. Clare holds a PDA in Administration and is also a qualified youth worker.
She has strong administration skills and is a valuable asset to Cre8te and its projects.
